Food & ingredient philosophy
Homegrown, organic, and fresh ingredients for you
With our philosophy comes the promise of good, fresh and healthy meals. How better to ensure this than by growing our own produce, ensuring no insecticides are introduced, and using local skills and love of the land to produce tomatoes, basil, rocket, pumpkin, mint, and parsley to name but a few.
Sustainably sourced, organic, healthy and fresh. These are key concepts in the cuisine we offer.
